Following your early application for third country approval in the context of Brexit and payment of the related fee, we are pleased to announce that your EASA certificate has been issued.
As explained on our website, this EASA certificate is subject to the following:
· Your EASA certificate is valid as from the day after the date on which the UK withdraws from the EU.
· The electronic copy of your EASA certificate will be sent to you on the day after the date on which the UK withdraws from the EU. The hard copy will be sent to you the following week.
· The surveillance cycle/recurrent phase will start on the day after the date on which the UK withdraws from the EU, following the standard EASA procedures and fees in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 319/2014.
