CAA Announcement – 18th February 21
“We are sorry to advise that due to the ongoing Covid -19 Pandemic the UK National Lockdown , UK CAA Senior Management have concluded that we must cancel or reschedule all exams due to be sat in first 2 weeks of March ( 1st -14th ) in all UK locations , this applies to both open and ATO dedicated venues and for both Flight Crew and Engineering Exams
We are planning to reopen exams on the W/C 15th March with additional measures to reduce risk. Communications regarding additional measures will be confirmed in due course.
Rather than cancelling all exams we are adding additional sessions after the 15th March where possible and transferring bookings
Details are below -:
Gatwick Venue - Bookings will be transferred from 1st – 5th March to the 22nd – 26th March
Bristol Ground School Venue - Bookings for the 1st – 4th March will be cancelled (venue not available later in March)
Luton Venue – TBA – waiting for confirmation from venue
For cancelled bookings, candidates and ATO’s will receive a system generated cancellation notice and exam fees will be refunded to the order owner for future bookings.
For transferred bookings, candidates and ATO’s will receive revised booking confirmations. If new dates are not convenient exams can be cancelled via their portal.
We are dealing with the immediate cancellation and rescheduling requirements at the moment, but we will review the situation regularly and will work with you to accommodate additional schedule requirements as soon as we can.
Please note that exams dates and existing bookings from 15th of March onwards remain in place.
We will also shortly be opening schedules from April onwards with dates as previously scheduled.

Pathway has requested an additional exam day on 26th March at Rosyth to clear backlog.
